We’re sorry to say that due to a glitch in the Courtyard Marriott hotel computer system, they lost the Sonorus reservations when they changed the dates for our group rate. This means if you had reserved a room earlier, they no longer have record of your name in their system! However, you can still get your room back at the old rate, but you will have to CALL the sales manager directly and let her know you’re coming for Sonorus. If you try re-booking online, the special rate will not be available, and you will end up paying more than necessary.

The Sales Manager’s name is Christine Fehd, and her direct line at the hotel is (703) 584-2144. She’s extremely helpful, and she will know exactly how to get you back in the system without paying current prices. Furthermore, I would HIGHLY recommend you call her at your EARLIEST convenience as they are holding rooms for us but it is still Memorial Day weekend, and DC area hotels will be filling up quickly.

I do apologize for the inconvenience of this, but if you did not get the chance to book a room before the group rate expired back in February, you now have a chance to stay in the hotel for about half the normal cost for this time of year. Additionally, just about all the band members will be staying there Saturday night as well, so there should be plenty of opportunities to meet people and hang out long after the music stops!

Once again, please call Christine Fehd at the Courtyard Marriott as soon as possible if your plans include spending the night in this area to ensure your room (and our rate!).
